Great Dryer
I have only had the dryer for a few weeks but so far so good. It dries quickly and efficiently, has many options for different types of loads and also and has some wifi capabilities. It is very quiet and clothes come out fluffy and wrinkle free. I dried a queen size comforter using the bulky cycle and it came out perfectly. Large and small loads are easily and quickly dried!

Dries the first time!
I'm so impressed that when the dryer stop ALL the clothes are dry. The cycles seem long when programmed but they really are not. It runs fairly quiet. I don't really have extra large loads but wanted to have the ability to dry a king size comforter. It has the ECO mode so I think it will be energy efficient.

BAD DRYER
The worst dryer i have ever owned. The wire to the heating element keeps frying out. Can see clearly how dryer fires are started been repalced twice in less then one year.

Terrible product - broken after 2 years
BEWARE before you buy GE electric dryers. We bought this one 2 years ago and the heating element already burned out and stopped heating, which conveniently for GE is outside of the 1 year warranty. Our only option now is to pay to fix this one or buy a new one, which SHOULD NOT be the case after only 2 years of moderate use. I would highly recommend avoiding GE electric dryers as this seems to be a known issue that affects several GE electric dryers. (search purple wire heating element).
